Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS

The Tour Operator must notify the Property of cancellation and reductions at least 7 days prior to arrival date or as early as possible in the Summer Season and High Season. During peak Season (21 Dec 07 - 10 Jan 08), the following terms and conditions of room booking and room amendment as follows:
1.1 The minimum 10 night stay is required for all bookings.
1.2 The departure date of the Peak Period must be after the 1st of January 2008.
1.3 Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a one night of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non-refundable.
1.4 Any cancellation made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% of the total amount of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non – refundable.
1.5 Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date, a full total amount of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non- refundable.

Transportation: Transportation from Airport to hotel @ 800 THB per van per way.

Car Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
