Description: Unlike any other resort in the area, all of our accommodations consist of either individual traditional Thai villas with separate living, dining, sleeping areas, outdoor shower, indoor bath, large outdoor living spaces and many with private swimming pool or plunge pools overlooking rice paddy fields. All villas are unique in that the design and detail of each its building was painstakingly researched from ancient Lanna Buildings and hand-crafted by local artisans or true suites in the colonial style, each with bedroom and separate but adjoining living rooms and large private verandahs. The Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi boasts accommodations on a grand scale from 80 to 600 square meters. The 5 meters high ceiling of the colonial suites enhance the sense of our guests in term of open space and palatial living.

Rooms: Chiang Mai Suite(Suite)-A two-storey ancient palace style suite featuring a large king-bedded room, a luxurious and spacious bathroom with many little extras. There is also a separate living room, a dining room and a private pool. The Northern Thai atmosphere is reflected by the sumptuous drapes and furnishings and the living and dining room are paneled in teak. Dark timber and gilt furnishings do nothing to detract from the spacious elegance of the suite. Each piece of furniture was hand-picked from antique stores in Chiang Mai. Approximately 405 square meters / 4330 square feet.

Dhara Dhevi Suite(Suite)-An unbelivevably luxurious and sumptuous three-storey at 22 meters height suite. The decor and architecture are based on traditional Northern Thai and Burmese styles. The centre piece is the panoramic view from the bedroom which feature an original Thai-style king bed. There is also spacious living and dining room, a recreation room, wine cellar and very own private swimming pool. Approximately 371 square meters / 3970 square feet.

Penthouse Spa Suite(Suite)-The unique concept and design of Penthouse Spa Suite is inspired by a royal palace at the Mandalay Court. Offering private spa concept with luxurious treatment room and exercise room from which to enjoy our exclusive spa services in the privacy of your place. Additional features include a spacious king bedroom, living room, dining room, pantry and large bathroom with walk-in closet and whirlpool tub. Deluxe Villa(Suite)-A spacious two-storey option, with all the features and benefits of our villas but with an additional sala. A typical Thai style outdoor patio, from which to gaze over the nearby rice fields and air-conditioned living room downstairs with powder room. Additional features are massage area downstairs and high-ceiling king or twin bedroom with a walk-in closet upstairs. The size varies from 185 to 250 square meters / 1870 - 1980 square feet.

Residence Suite(Suite)-Residence Suite in Mandalay / Myanmar style with private pool and jacuzzi. Featuring spacious king bedroom and living / dining room with pantry facing to rice paddy fields. Large bathroom features steam shower and walk-in closet. The size varies approximately 180 to 277 square meters / 1930 to 2960 square feet.

Deluxe 2 Bedroom Villa(Suite)-Perfect for a small group of people or family, the two separate double-storey teak wood Deluxe Villas are located together in the same compound facing to rice paddy views. Each unit features a living room on the ground floor and a twin or king sized bedroom on the upper floor with all the additional features of the Deluxe Villas. Shared is the massage area and there is a deck for sun bathing with a covered sala, a Thai Pavillion. This approximate living space is 350 square meters / 3762 square feet.

Deluxe 2 Bedroom Colonial Suite(Suite)-Ideal for families or a group of four guests traveling together, these suites comprise two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a walk-in closet, an entrace hall leading into the living room. A guest powder room and a pantry. The living room leads onto a 50 square meters terrace overlooking the tropical gardens. The total suite size is approximately 252 square meters / 2709 square feet.

Royal Suite(Suite)-Experience of lifetime in the Royal Suite with an ancient palace style architecture, epitomises a grandeur and opulence of a bygone age, located in a self contained compound area uniquely from guests of this small private retreat. Deluxe 2 Bedroom Residence with Pool(Suite)-Ever dreamed of living in an ancient palace. There are two separate king and twin bedrooms, both spacious and well designed to suite modern living. Deluxe Villa with Jacuzzi(Suite)-Imagine to plune into very private, outdoor jacuzzi with this accommodation, guest will have the opportunity to do so. Grand Deluxe Villa(Suite)-This ultra luxurious two-storey teak wood villa is overlooking rice paddy views. 2 Bedroom Residence with Pool(Suite)-Similar to the single room residence but offering 2 rooms, one king and one twin bedded, they can accommodate up to 4 people. This Mandalay style suite is spacious and sumtuous offering a private pool, connected through walkway from both bedrooms. There is a living and dining area featuring grand piano with a pantry and marvelous views of the nearby rice paddy fields a spiral stairway leading from living area up to above den for relaxation. Size vary from 208 to 302 square meters / 2225 to 3230 square feet.

Honeymmon Deluxe Villa with Pool(Suite)-The finest of all villas special from honeymoon couple with specific lucky room numbers comes with a very private swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The ultimate luxury of vast living space makes it hard to ever leave. Additional features are an outdoor deck, in-room massage area and upper terrace for sun bathing. The size is approximately 244 square meters / 2623 square feet.

Pavilon(Suite)-Thai style pavilion features king size bed, nice living area as well as a terrace with open deck for relaxation. The docor reflects the sumptuous styles of Northern Thailand. The size is approximately 60 square meters / 645 square feet.

Deluxe 2 Bedroom Villa with Pool(Suite)-Identical to the Deluxe 2 Bedroom Villa but with the additional luxury of a large private pool located within the grounds of the two villas. Guest will find all features and amenities they would expect in this most prestigious of all teak wood villas. The size is approximately 350 square meters / 3762 square feet.

Teck Villa(Suite)-A real authentic northern thai rice barn, converted into luxurious villa. This smaller two-storey option with open of living area on the ground floor, opens onto wonderful terrace connected to the king bedroom on the upper floor. All of them overlook countryside of vegetable garden. The size varies from 75 to 150 square meters / 806 to 1605 square feet.

Deluxe Colonial Suite(Suite)-For an even more spacious option, we can recommend the Deluxe Suite, which offers a larger separate bedroom with a walk-in closet and dressing area. From the living area which has its own kitchen with breakfast area, guest can enjoy a 40 square meters / 425 square feet terrace overlooking the surrounding landscaped gardens. Approximately 148 square meters / 1591 sauare feet.

Colonial Suite(Suite)-Our Colonial style suites are nothing short of luxury, each one features a king or twin bedroom. A bathroom with a whirlpool tub, seperate shower and a living area leading onto a 22 meters/ 235 square feet terrace overlooking the gardens. The suite itself is approximately 88 square meters / 964 square feet.

Deluxe Pavilion(Suite)-Two-storey Thai style pavilion larger in size features the option of a king or twin beds with the addition of a walk-in closet. The living room is completed with a pantry and a sun deck overlooking the lush gardens. Pavilion size approximately vary from 98 to 117 square meters / 1053 to 1250 square feet.
